Master Clinical Service Provider/Adult Substance Abuse Services at Talbert House

Job Description

Talbert House, a social service agency that provides mental health, substance abuse, community corrections, and welfare-to-work services throughout the Greater Cincinnati region, is seeking a Master Clinical Service Provider for its Adult Substance Abuse Services program in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The successful candidate will provides clinical supervision to other clinical service providers, assuring compliance with Best Practice treatment standards and documentation regulations; Evaluates treatment plans and quality of service rendered to others; Assists with program development; Supervises staff development and training; May provide direct services as needed; Monitors and completes necessary reports in a timely manner; Supervises Shelter Plus Care Staff on clinical issues and administrative issues as necessary.

This position requires a Master’s degree and a LISW, PCC, or LICDC and at least three years of experience supervising clinicians, facilitating/supervision facilitators of AOD groups. Five years of experience is preferred. This position also requires successful completion of Clinical Assessment Tracking and Triage [CATT] training within first eight (8) weeks of hire.
