Clinical Service Provider/Union Day School at Talbert House
Job Description
Talbert House, a social service agency that provides mental health, substance abuse, community corrections, and welfare-to-work services throughout the Greater Cincinnati region, is seeking a Clinical Service Provider for its Union Day School program in Butler County, Ohio. This is a full-time position on a modified school-based schedule (school schedule 10 moth year position); the work days are Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will provide individual and group services to school based treatment program serving 6-17 years olds and will work closely with teachers and school administration to coordinate and provide mental health care to students. Services may also be delivered in child's home or other Butler County schools as needed.

This position requires the following: a Master's degree; LISW or LPCC; at least two (2) years experience working with child and adolescent treatment have good computer skills; and a valid State of Ohio Driver License and auto insurance. The job is located in a three-story historic building with no elevators and will be exposed to clients with behavioral challenges and must be must be able to perform physical crisis intervention. This position also requires successful completion of Clinical Assessment Tracking and Triage [CATT] training within first eight (8) weeks of hire. The preferred candidate will have at least four (4) years school based and/or family/home based mental health treatment experience as well as working with 6-17 years old.
