Clinical Service Provider/Cornerstone & Recovery Halfway House at Talbert House

Job Description

Talbert House, a social service agency that provides mental health, substance abuse, community corrections, and welfare-to-work services throughout the Greater Cincinnati region, is seeking a Clinical Service Provider to work at its Cornerstone program in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a full time position on first and second shifts; work days are Monday to Friday and one to two late days per week as well as rotational monthly Saturdays. The successful candidate will be working in a halfway house/corrections setting (Recovery Halfway House). The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and oral communications skills, ability to work in a team setting with both internal and external partners, documentation skills are highly important, extremely organized and ability to meet deadlines.

his position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a CDCA within 90 days of hire, good computer skills using Microsoft applications, and a valid driver's license and current auto insurance. Preferred candidate will have experience in AOD case management and group facilitation. During the first 8 weeks of employment, new hire must complete training and pass competency test on electronic clinical documentation software (CATT).
