Job Description
Welcome House of Northern Kentucky is accepting resumes for a newly created Assessment and Resources Team Leader position. Welcome House provides comprehensive services to individuals who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. The A & R Team Leader will focus on assessing potential clients for Welcome House services and will make referrals to the appropriate Welcome House service area or other community service provider. The A&R Team leader is also responsible for administering the emergency assistance program, which includes the Welcome House food pantry.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Prior experience working with homeless individuals required. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Ability to read and understand financial statements. MS Office proficient.
This position pays $13.00 per hour, with the possibility of a higher starting wage based on education and experience.
