Are you (or know) a college student who wants to get deeply involved in social networking / social media marketing? Are you curious about the potential of Web 2.0 in a real business context? Learn a *lot* while working for a growing recruiting services vendor / training firm / consultancy. Its principals are well known as thought leaders in the recruiting industry, and you'll get to work face to face with at least one of them, as well as virtually with the rest of the team of over 25 full-time employees.

While the economy may scare other companies into scaling back, we're growing and see it as an opportunity to increase our market share! We're using the latest Web 2.0 methods around hypnotic email best practices, Internet search, mobile recruiting, social networks and media, and more to generate results.

The merger of JobMachine.net with Arbita.net last fall generated a lot of industry buzz, and now the recruiting industry is starting to see the fruits of that combination. You can be meaningful part of the next level of explosive growth for this respected company. Get to utilize a wide range of tools, test new methods, and learn both from successes and failures (we encourage creativity and experimentation).

We seek an Atlanta-area college student with a strong interest in e-marketing, an entrepreneurial marketing mindset and a positive attitude for a spring or summer internship (minimum 10 hours/week). Strong writing and personal networking (by phone and electronically) skills a major plus! Up to $10/hour plus reimbursement for occasional local travel. Most work hours can be done remotely. If you seek to earn academic course credit (optional), we will gladly cooperate on any employer requirements.
