Job Description

Centerpoint Health, a comprehensive behavioral health care provider in Hamilton County (Cincinnati), is hiring a Manager for its Adult Case Management program at its College Hill office. This is a full-time position on the first shift; work days are Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will oversee the day to day operations of a complex program. Specifically, the successful candidate will manage a large number of conflicting demands effectively; direct and supervise operations and personnel; supervise programming; and evaluate services. Activities also include implementing continuous quality improvement activities; managing and ensuring contract requirements are met; ensuring site utilization is attained; providing clinical trainings; attending meetings; and developing site budget and other duties as required.

This position requires a Master's degree and a minimum of a LISW or LPCC license and two years of experience working with Adult SMD population. Preferred candidate will have more than two years experience working with Adult SMD population along with community case. This position is also required to successfully complete training on providing electronic clinical documentation within our software, CATT. Training must be completed within the first eight weeks of hire.
